Refund policy

1. RETURNS

You have 60 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for any item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Be returned in its original packaging.

To start your return process, please contact our team at support@naevii.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we'll send detailed instructions on how to return your item safely.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale items or products marked as "Free Gift".
Gift cards.
Personalized or custom-made items.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Plans can change, and we're happy to help where we can.

Before your order ships. You may cancel your order free of charge within 72 hours of purchase, or at any time before your order has been fully processed for shipment — whichever comes first. If your request reaches us before dispatch, we'll cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After your order ships. Once an order has been fully processed and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep your item, you're still covered by our Returns policy above: you have 60 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a refund, subject to the conditions listed in Sections 1 and 2.

How to request a cancellation. Email us at support@naevii.com with your order number and the word "Cancellation" in the subject line. We aim to respond to all cancellation requests within 24 hours.

4. REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you'll be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order included a free shipping promotion, a small restocking fee may apply.

5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at support@naevii.com. All exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
Promotional orders do not include prepaid return labels.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, a defective or incorrect product), NAEVII will cover all return shipping costs.

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund within the stated time:

Check your bank or credit card account first, as posting times can vary.
If you've confirmed with your bank and still haven't received it, please contact us at support@naevii.com.
