Elara is a quilted backpack first and a diaper bag second. The flap closes over the top with a clasp, the shape holds itself when it is half empty, and nothing about it announces what is inside. It goes to the park and it goes to lunch, and it is the same bag both times.

Inside, an insulated pocket keeps the bottle at temperature until you need it. The main compartment is deep enough for a change of clothes, the nappies and the wipes without pressing against your back, and the smaller pockets hold what you reach for one-handed.
